G5 Tip - Extreme Resistance for Filled Polymers

During the last 30 years, Mastip has developed a broad range of tips, each with distinct shapes, sizes, flow rates and function.
In the last ten years we have experienced an increasing amount of moulded products made with engineering or filled polymers. It is estimated that around 55% of our solutions during that period have been manufactured to process engineering or difficult to mould polymers.
Mastip's dedicated line of tips engineered to withstand these polymers and perform under the most demanding applications is known as the G5 tip grade.
G5 is manufactured from Tungsten Carbide with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. It provides extreme resistance to filled polymers and is guaranteed for millions of cycles.
