Mastip's range of high-cavity hot half solutions are specifically engineered for ultra-fast, high performance moulding of precise, durable and consistent parts of exceptional quality.

All Mastip Hot Half Systems are supplied fully wired and assembled including manifold and back plate in a design that allows easy maintenance of front loading nozzles, tips, thermocouples and heaters.
Designed and Manufactured for Seamless Integration

Each Hot Half system is supplied with comprehensive recommendations relating to plate design, cooling circuits and critical dimensions. This ensures the successful design and manufacture of a mould using a Mastip Hot Runner System.

Include a Meticom Temperature Controller with your Hot Half System order and we will extend the warranty on the Mastip System from 3 to 5 years.
Incorporating M-Series Multi-Cavity Nozzles

Specifically designed for multi-cavity systems, the MX and MJ nozzle series are simple to install, front-loading for ease of servicing and ideal for close-pitch gating due to small gate pocket requirements.

MX and MJ nozzles have superior thermal insulation and precise temperature control to optimise cycle times and are available in sizes ranging from 45-175 mm.
