Job Description
To manage, control and validate projects provide technical designs based on customer requirements, technical constraints and Mastip standards. To provide support to the sales team in design and project related tasks. To manage specific parts of a hot runner system project. To perform mold flow analysis.
Main Responsibilities
Design of manifold systems and nozzles
• Designing accurate Hot Runner Systems to be used for injection moulding using 3D design software to create a 3D parametric modes based on company standard templates and to suit customer requirement.
• Create accurate customer approval packages including 3D models, 2D drawings and Bill of Materials BoM as per Mastip standards ensuring completion of this as per the design schedule.
Produce manufacturing BoMs, 3D models, 2D drawings for external and internal use
• Produce accurate Bill of Manufacture, Bill of Materials (BoM), 3D models for CAD / CAM manufacture, and 2D drawings for systems and individual components to ensure that the correct machines and methods are used for manufacture.
Project Managing of Hot Runner Systems Projects
• Managing specific stages of a Hot Runner project
• Ensure that customer needs and deadlines are met
• Preparation of specific files to document the project
Produce manufacturing BoMs, 3D models, 2D drawings for external and internal use

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow company standards
• Ability to complete standard systems with little to no assistance.
• Ability to modify a standard template to create simple special layouts, and also make minor component modifications with little to no assistance.
• Ability to setup basic computer assisted simulations (Moldflow)

• Ability to create manufacturing information for system designs which also includes basic special components and build knowledge around Mastip machining capabilities and processes to ensure that designs can be manufactured.

Job Description:
* Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit, within assigned sales territory.
* Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements.
* Have direct one-to-one communication with customers, both present and prospective.

* Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of product.
