About Mastip

In this role, you will be selling to tool makers and manufacturers. The territory is European wide. Responsibilities will include managing key accounts, end-users, consulting engineers and contractors. Customers will vary by type and market. The position will report into the GM Mastip Technology Europe and liaise with the Global VP of Sales. Both will work together to set Mastip‘s strategy for the region.

Job Description:

* Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit, within assigned sales territory.

* Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements.

* Have direct one-to-one communication with customers, both present and prospective.

* Field promotion work and developing new accounts.

* Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of product.

* Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.

* Analyzes records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.

* Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management.

* Responsible for closing the sales transaction.

* Service accounts and manage relationships regarding pricing, product warranty claims, receivables, etc.

* Must be able to travel frequently (30-40%) including some overnight travel.

* This is a high revenue territory.

Qualifications:

* BA/BS or Engineering degree preferred.

Experience & Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 Years-Experience in Sales Management in the B2B markets.

* Knowledge of the Hot Runner and Plastic Molding markets preferred.

* Establish mutual trust and confidence with tool makers, manufactures and End-Users via frequent visits.

* Establish communication on market trends and areas of growth.

* Process information gathered to predict sales and price points of those sales.

* Be a resource that customers can call for advice and consulting.

* Work closely with Customers Managers, gaining their confidence and trust.

* Be aggressive in making joint sales calls with and training the representatives on new products, solutions and more

* Market Mastip through participation at Industry events.

* Gathering and Analysis of competitor information regarding products, prices, sales channels, etc.

* End-user information regarding new projects and market tendencies.

* Establish parameters for forecast development and coordination.

* Gather information which, includes establishing the correct price situation required.

* Participate in Trade Show activities with Marketing and Sales.

* Provide and review constant market developments regarding applications, products, etc.

* Identify and communicate market opportunities.

* Demonstrate skills and attributes including initiative, problem solving, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills (written, presentation and verbal).

* Maintain regular information flow from market, end users, customers, competitors, etc. to the Marketing team.

Job Description

After an initial training period, you will be designing the custom hot runners we supply to our customers, as well as overlooking all the steps of the projects giving the necessary support to the sales team, communicating with our headquarters in New Zealand and making sure all customer needs are met.

Main targets

• Designing accurate Hot Runner Systems based on customer requirements, technical constraints and Mastip Standards using Siemens NX software.
• Ensuring the Hot Runner Systems are well implemented in our customer’s Mold, giving support and advice to the customer on key points to be followed.
• Managing Hot Runner System projects from start to finish, making sure all technical, and time related requirements are met.
• Maintaining a good communication channel between all the parties in each project – Mastip Headquarters, Sales team, Customer and Suppliers

After an initial training period, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to the European sales engineering team, distributors and end customers, in conjunction with General Manager. Developing and delivering technical training programmes which increases the overall capability of sales engineers, distributors and end users.

Main Targets

• Provide technical support and advise to individual sales engineers in solving technical issues with system application, selection and installation
• Provide technical support to distributors/end customers in solving technical issues with system application, selection and installation.
